We have a large meeting room, fully stocked kitchen, and tables and chairs available for your use, as well as a sound system, projector and screen. Greater Jefferson Community Center Facility Use Rates
One-time Event Rate (includes tables and chairs)
Base Rates:
Half-day Facility Use (up to 50 people) $100
Full-day Facility Use (up to 50 people) $150
More than 50 people $ 50
Security Deposit ($75 refundable) $150
Additional Fees:
Use of kitchen for cooking $50
Use of dishes and silverware $1 per person
Table Cloths $3 per table
For Use Outside of Community Center
Rectangle Tables $5 each
Chairs $1 each
Classes or Meetings
Weekdays (Monday thru Friday)
3 hrs (up to 50 people) $25 per class
Full-day Facility Use (up to 50 people) $50 per class
More than 50 people $50
Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
3 hrs (up to 50 people) $50 per class

Non Profit Groups
(must be registered as tax exempt through IRS and provide EIN)

ALL individuals and groups are asked to sign a waiver for use of the facility (once per year for those groups using it on a regular basis).
